Cleveland Clinic survey find social media motivates men’s health habits, but carries risk

A new Cleveland Clinic survey finds social media is motivating more men to improve their health, but doctors warn the same content can also lead them down risky paths.

The Cleveland Clinic’s annual “MENtion It” survey found 73% of men say social media motivates them to improve their health.

Dr. Raevti Bole, a urologist at Cleveland Clinic, said men are more engaged in learning about their health than ever before.

“More men than ever are very engaged and motivated in learning about their health,” Bole said.
