This is a walk-run fitness trend that involves running for some time and then brisk walking. This technique was popularized by late Olympic distance runner Jeff Galloway. Apparently, there are many benefits of trying this workout trend.
Wondering why this trend is called jeffing? Well, this trend emerged from a social media group called Run Mummy Run. Running was popular among mothers who were looking to become fit and healthy. Jeff once revealed, "A few of these women discovered my run walk run method and gave it the nickname - Jeffing - because I invented it."
